Implemented updating editor application from preferences menu, loading settings when editor loads, adding Record Status Display prefernce. Fixed multiple bugs, made changes to CSM(V)Settings classes to make implementing new prefrences easier. Rewrote CSMSettings::UserSettings to retain last-loaded settings.
