15a7cc0674 That should solve link-time problems when building with mingw. 
Not supplying "SUBSYSTEM:" flags to mingw linker.
Linking mygui with libwinmm - should resolve reference to timeGetTime().

b9f349cf30 Explicitly link MyGUI to it's dependencies 
Again courtesy of "ld --no-add-needed" by Fedora 13.
	Maybe we should send this upstream to the MyGUI developers.
