Telvanni 4Life 2c76043cf5 - Changed sol magic bindings to use RefIds instead of integer indexes for magic effects. 
- Fixed silly namespace oversight causing linker errors.
- Fixed type mismatches occluded by linker errors.
- Fixed unit tests.
