Capostrophic 63fe02b1ba CollisionSwitch and Switch/LOD node fixes
Properly apply transformations to both switch and LOD nodes
Allow both NiSwitchNode and NiLODNode to be the root node
Properly add CollisionSwitch into the scene graph
