cleans up osgacontroller.cpp (#3142)
`handle_stateset` is not needed because `UpdateMatrixTransform` is a `NodeCallback` only allowed to be set on a `Node`. `Geode` and `Drawable` do not need explicit logic because they are both derived from `Node`.
