7f77bf76c7 - Add support for multiple esm contexts in cell store. This will allow to generate references from multiple esX files. Currently, only the first context is used.
- Add many TODOs to mark points where more work is required to fully implement this feature.

cadc753216 Fixed: engine: Bug Stop animations when paused better fix; scene: Bug Teleporting and using loading doors linking within the same cell reloads the cell
Bug  fix only pauses the RenderingManager, and still updates the mOcclusionQuery
Bug  fix is only tested in interiors (ToddTest)
