updateLandPositions fixes naming of it
const ESM4::Land* MWWorld::Store<ESM4::Land>::search(ESM::ExteriorCellLocation cellLocation) const removes useless else
ExteriorCellLocation uses default initializers
get terrain height returns -MAX_FLOAT when there is no esm4 terrain.
