[Launcher] Removing extra box surrounding all main content
...
Previously, all main content was in a single box, separated from the bottom containing the version and Help/Close/Play buttons. For pages that already had boxes, that meant there were were boxes within boxes and this looked visually cluttered.
I've removed the box to reduce the amount of visual clutter and added a horizontal line so that the content is still separated from the bottom content.

This AABB tree required when need to filter out input mesh that has not
influence navmesh tile output. This filtering is already done before. Each
recast mesh corresponds to a single navmesh tile and has appropriate bounds.

Clamp vertex lighting before interpolation

Fixes a regression in which pass lighting was clamped after being passed
to fragment shader. For correct FFP emulation, we need to clamp the result
in vertex shader. When clamping after interpolation, negative lights in
particular have a much more drastic effect.

Process movement queue in one or several background threads
...
Before movement calculation, the main thread prepare a
vector of ActorFrameData, which contains all data necessary to perform
the simulation, and feed it to the solver. At the same time it fetches
the result from the previous background simulation, which in turn is
used by the game mechanics.
Other functions of the physics system (weapon hit for instance)
interrupt the background simulation, with some exceptions described
below.
The number of threads is controlled by the numeric setting
[Physics]
async num threads
In case 'async num threads' > 1 and Bullet doesn't support multiple threads,
1 async thread will be used. 0 means synchronous solver.
Additional settings (will be silently switched off if async num threads = 0)
[Physics]
defer aabb update
Update AABBs of actors and objects in the background thread(s). It is not an especially
costly operation, but it needs exclusive access to the collision world, which blocks
other operations. Since AABB needs to be updated for collision detection, one can queue
them to defer update before start of the movement solver. Extensive tests on as much
as one installation (mine) show no drawback having that switched on.
[Physics]
lineofsight keep inactive cache
Control for how long (how many frames) the line of sight (LOS) request will be kept updated.
When a request for LOS is made for the first time, the background threads are stopped to
service it. From now on, the LOS will be refreshed preemptively as part of the background
routine until it is not required for lineofsight keep inactive cache frames. This mean
that subsequent request will not interrupt the background computation.

Previously we always discarded shadow map fragments if the alpha channel of the output would have been low, but there were some (modded) assets that have non-one alpha but have testing or blending disabled so end up opaque anyway. This lets the shadows of those objects match.

Switching reset the filter.

fix resolution on HiDPI displays under Windows

The same Windows functionality as scaling user interface elements,
confuses fullscreen games unless they set a particular of metadata to
indicate that they perform the scaling by themselves.
What happened was treating 2160p as 1440p despite the former being
chosen. The same occured with other game title prior to introducing the
metadata bits.
Fortunately with CMake there's no need to invoke the mt.exe "manifest
tool" manually.
Note that the setting of "per-monitor DPI aware" still leaves openmw
confused, hence the choice of global-DPI-aware.

Add the option for multiple quicksave slots
...
With more than 1 quicksave slot, slots will be created each time you
quicksave until the maximum number (configured in settings) of
quicksaves has been reached. After that, the oldest quicksave slot will
be replaced each time you quicksave. Saves are numbered sequentially,
unless the maximum number of slots is 1, in which case it is not numbered.

Add basic keyboard navigation for the GUI
...
(Shift)Tab cycles, arrow keys move to the next button in that direction, Enter/Space accepts.
Note: Unless MyGUI is hacked to bits, clicking on an empty space will annoyingly reset the key focus. Not sure how to deal with that yet.
The visual highlight for selected buttons requires MyGUI commit 632d007429d0bf0c7d7f6c5db4a08353a63dd839 or later to appear (to be released in 3.2.3).

After MyGUI commit cfdaf5f , the 'Client' area will be used for every type of widget, whereas previously it would only be used for some widgets like 'Window'. Use 'Window' widget where the client was always used.

Add Spacer class derived from AutoSizedWidget
...
Using a normal widget as a spacer with HStretch/VStretch may not work properly because for widgets not derived from AutoSizedWidget, the HBox/VBox treat the widget's current size as the requested minimum size. This leads the layout to break when resized more than once.
The new class sets HStretch and VStretch to true by default to save some typing.

If you have CPU cores to spare, consider setting 2 or 3. Up to about 3 threads, preloading performance seems to increase in a linear fashion, but with 4 or more threads I/O bottlenecks and synchronization overhead starts to show.

Add config options for the sound buffer cache size
...
The cache size is specified with a min/max range, intended to avoid constant
unloading once the limit is reached. This way, buffers can be unloaded down to
a reasonable mimimum, allowing some more buffers to be subsequently loaded
without causing more unloading.

New water WIP
...
Changes compared to old (Ogre) water:
- Uses depth-texture readback to handle the underwater fog in the water shader, instead of handling it in the object shader
- Different clipping mechanism (glClipPlane instead of a skewed viewing frustum)
- Fixed bug where the reflection camera would look strange when the viewer was very close to the water surface
- Toned down light scattering, made the waterColor a bit darker at night
- Fixed flipped water normals and strange resulting logic in the shader
Still to do: see comments...

The framerate limit can be used to reduce strain on the CPU and GPU, in a way similar to VSync, but without the increased input lag that is typical with VSync.

OS X: enable high resolution mode for OpenMW & OpenCS
...
We don't support retina completely yet, but it's still better than
blurry mess, and Qt does pretty good job for OpenCS already.
