66b8d4fb29 Add a setting to control coverage adjustment
With it on, which was always the case before this setting was added,
vanilla content and poorly-made mods will look acceptable, but well-made
mods will have alpha-tested meshes appear to grow and potentially gain a
weird outline as they get further away.

With it off, which replicates the 0.46 behaviour, well-made mods will
look really good, but vanilla content and poorly-made mods will have
alpha-tested meshes shrink as they get further away.

It's been bugging me that this was forced on since 0.47 released, and
I'd hoped to figure out a solution for automatic detection at some point
before 0.48 branched off, but I didn't, so now this is what we're
getting to have Tamriel Rebuilt look right.

bd1bbc0ab8 removes mutex, and uses double buffering to avoid writing on a resource that will be read by the draw thread
changes when the buffers are reset -> at the end of the draw, because that's when we are certain the data isn't needed anymore

Support cylinder and rotating box collision shape types for actors
Cylinder collision shape should give the best consistency between physics
simulation and pathfinding. Rotating box is already used by some actors, so
add it to have the same collision shape type for all actors.

Support different agent collision shape type for pathfinding
Actors may have different collision shapes. Currently there are axis-aligned
bounding boxes and rotating bounding boxes. With AABB it's required to use
bounding cylinder for navmesh agent to avoid providing paths where actor can't
pass. But for rotating bounding boxes cylinder with diameter equal to the front
face width should be used to not reduce of available paths. For example rats
have rotating bounding box as collision shape because of the difference between
front and side faces width.

* Add agent bounds to navmesh tile db cache key. This is required to distinguish
  tiles for agents with different bounds.
* Increase navmesh version because navmesh tile db cache key and data has changed.
* Move navmesh version to the code to avoid misconfiguration by users.
* Fix all places where wrong half extents were used for pathfinding.

b88d32ff5b Add 3 tabs in the "Data Files" page
1 with the data directories
2 with the BSA archives
3 with the content selector

When user select a directory to be added, first we walk the directory
hierarchy to make a list of all potential data= entries. If we find
none, the selected directory is added.

If more than one data directory is found, user is presented with a
directory list to check which one(s) are to be added.

Directories containing one or more content file are marked with an icon.

data= and fallback-archive= lines are handled like content= lines:
- they are part of the profile in launcher.cfg, prefixed by the profile
name
- they are updated in openmw.cfg when profile is selected / created

Directories can be moved in the list by drag and drop or by buttons.
Insertion is possible anywhere in the list.
Global data path and data local are shown but are greyed out, as they
are always included.

No attempt is made to ensure that the user choice are valid
(dependencies, overwrite of content).

After a profile is loaded, any added content is highlighted in green.

Limit max navmeshdb file size
Use "pragma max_page_count" to define max allowed file size in combination with
"pragma page_size" based on a new setting "max navmeshdb file size".

* Stop navmeshtool on the first db error.
* Disable writes to db in the engine on first "database or disk is full"
  SQLite3 error. There is no special error code for this error.
* Change default "write to navmeshdb" to true.
* Use time intervals for transaction duration instead of number of changes.

Write generated navmesh to navmeshdb
Perform all request to db in a single thread to avoid blocking navmesh
generator threads due to slow write operations.

Write to db navmesh for all changes except update as it done for memory cache.

Batch multiple db operations into a single transaction to speed up writing by
not executing fsync after each insert/update query. All reads are performed in
the same transaction so they see uncommited data.

With this PR we test out osg's shader define system for a somewhat harmless feature. As we can see, our code becomes more concise and efficient in this case. Most importantly, we no longer create unneeded vertex shader objects.

643a64cb2f Change some settings for async physics:
- default to 1 thread
- default to always use defered aabb update, remove option
- always keep a cache of LOS request for at least the current frame.
This decreases number of raycast, especially when a lot of actors are
involved and "NPCs avoid collisions" is on

b86356fe13 [Launcher] Removing extra box surrounding all main content
Previously, all main content was in a single box, separated from the bottom containing the version and Help/Close/Play buttons. For pages that already had boxes, that meant there were were boxes within boxes and this looked visually cluttered.

I've removed the box to reduce the amount of visual clutter and added a horizontal line so that the content is still separated from the bottom content.

Remove redundant ChunkyTriMesh
This AABB tree required when need to filter out input mesh that has not
influence navmesh tile output. This filtering is already done before. Each
recast mesh corresponds to a single navmesh tile and has appropriate bounds.

c48eee4eee Clamp vertex lighting before interpolation
Fixes a regression in which pass lighting was clamped after being passed
to fragment shader. For correct FFP emulation, we need to clamp the result
in vertex shader. When clamping after interpolation, negative lights in
particular have a much more drastic effect.
